Gas over Oil Actuators for High Integrity Valve Automation

Nordenflow’s Gas-over-Oil (GOO) Actuators provide a self-contained automation solution for remote midstream pipelines where pneumatic or electric power is unavailable. Utilizing the pipeline’s own gas pressure to drive a high-torque hydraulic mechanism, our units are engineered for Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and Line Break service. Each system is equipped with advanced Rate-of-Drop detection logic and an integrated Local Control Panel (LCP), ensuring the highest level of safety and reliability in harsh desert or arctic environments.

Product Overview
Gas-over-oil actuators are ideal for pipeline, compressor, and gas transmission systems where compressed air is not available.
They ensure reliable operation during pressure variations and offer long-term service with minimal maintenance.
